Changes from 3.26 to 3.3:

• The default console bind has been changed from ` (tilde) to insert.
  The launcher has been rewritten to support both 32 & 64 bit platforms. The configuration file has been changed to launcher.ini. See the readme for more information.
  An wrapper for the console launcher, "launcher_gui.exe" is bundled with the release. The GUI wrapper was written by Aceofspades.
  The default window title is now "Final Fantasy XI." The window title changes to your character name when you log in.
  The PlayOnline splash screen, and the PlayOnline/Final Fantasy XI taskbar icon have been changed.
  Several bugs have been addressed.
  The plugin interface has been vastly expanded.

New plugins bundled with 3.3:

• LightLuggage: Automatically stacks items in your inventory. Supports lot profiles for lotting/passing.
  Timestamp: Prepends chat log messages with IRC-like timestamps.
  Silence: Prevents "Equipment changed." from being written to the chat log.

Special thanks, et cetera.:

• Aceofspades, for the launcher GUI wrapper.
  Lordwafik, for the taskbar icon and the updated splash screen.

Miscellaneous notes:

• All plugins from prior releases are incompatible with 3.3. The development team is working on porting up existing plugins. This includes the plugins that were bundled with the 3.3 prerelease. Do not use prerelease plugins with this Hook.

The windower.cfg file isn't in the rar, on Vista when I go to launch the game it just crashes when it wants to go into full screen mode.

People running Vista are going to have to wait until a developer with Vista installed wakes up, I'm not supporting that piece of shit.
