Salvage Gears anyone?

Unfortunately, not enough people do Salvage that they would ask the question in one of the interviews

You're preaching to the choir, but when I mention it in interview threads people either don't respond or are like "lolsalvage". I actually suggested to Bercus he ask about the Poroggos in his recent interview thread, but the only thing people care about are rehashing the same questions that have already been asked 1,000 times and always received the same answers.

Surely he could have slipped it in if the interview time wasn't cut in half.

I don't mind that this is still a mystery, even though people are rapidly losing hope and I have to use excuses like "oh, yeah, people still need BC drops" as an excuse to test shit in Zhayolm anymore. I haven't even ground my teeth completely to the gumline out of anxiety, so there isn't really any rush to figure this out just yet.

If it wasn't cut in half it would have been questions about RMT, wings of the goddess, or crafting. the pattern is basically consistent, never ask a question about a topic that hasn't been asked about before. Not just him though, the same is true of all interviews. at that festival a month or two ago where all the premier sites got to ask questions, every interview was virtually identical.

Dude get over yourself. Salvage is great because it's skill based not gear based like everything else. People need to stop thinking that people with Salvage gear have other good gear. The hands are cheap.

Anyone who doesn't have prism cape shouldn't be crucified. Imo, for mages, it should be the very LAST piece of gear they upgrade. On most server, it's 480k for 1int 1chr 1mnd 1mp. If you have anything else you need to upgrade, you should do that first. That dark staff, on the other hand.... /puke.

That was rly the main gripe I had with the gear. Any BLM who doesn't have at least HQ Thunder, Ice, and Dark is instant fail imo.

Well either way, it doesn't require good gear to do, so people need to stop assuming that players with Salvage upgrades will have super gear.
