no email for me just more shit from CTU online spamming my inbox again. I think its cause really the PC i had when the apps went out was shit by current standards. My new PC i'm sure beats what most people are playing on atm. hopefully next beta phase i can get in applying with the specs of my new pc.

Assuming I didn't get in, but I also haven't gotten email from SE ever on my account since I registered for the newsletter and the beta. For those that did get in, was it just a generic message? Thinking it might be possible that if my mail did get eaten, once things activate people might be able to log into the earlier linked site if they were technically admitted.

The amount of BAWWWWing here is unprecedented, even by BG standards. Evidently the selection process was somewhat random, some of you need to man up and get over it. If it was based solely on how long you've been playing then newer players would all be BAWWWWing about it being unfair, if it was based solely on your computer's specs then everyone with lower-end machines would be BAWWWWing that SE favours rich people... Seriously, most people here who didn't get into the first round of testing will most likely be granted access to the early rounds of the closed beta, so stop complaining like spoilt children.

hoping SE gets everything they need from the alpha asap, 1-2 months for another round of invites just seems such a long ways away.

Yeah I intend to try that regardless just to be sure. I'm sure if you log in with your SE ID and you didn't get an invite it'll come up with a page linking to this:

When I woke up this morning I cleared my spam folder and checked inbox as usual, then checked the forums and facepalmed. <--- This is me clinging on to hope. My inbox is gonna troll me the entire day/week/month...

Most NDAs have the basic restriction of not releasing accounts of the game in any form(Text, Screencaps, Video) to the general public and press.

I don't think stating "I got in" are causes for alarm to SE, but you should treat it like Fight Club just to be safe.

The NDA they had when I (and I'm sure everyone else) applied for the beta said you couldn't even mention you got in. This was the first time I had ever applied for a beta test so I read it - instead of just scrolling to the bottom and clicking the "yes, I understand and agree" thing. I was surprised that they didn't want the hype of people saying "I got in!!!1!", so I remembered that.

I would have no idea where to look for it now though.

Got mine. but site still won't go live until 11th.
