PS3 Flash Player... still broken?

So I thought that the latest update upgraded the browser to be able to handle Flash 9. But I just tried to watch The Office at NBC.com and no dice, it said I had to upgrade my player. What the f?

I just tried it out, I also got the message saying i needed to upgrade to 9.
