I have some questions about the PSN account. Currently I don't have a PS3 but planning on getting one, although my brother has one. I'm wondering if it's possible for me to create an account for me on his PS3 before I get one, and then after I have mine transfer my stuff over to it. I just wanted to make sure that songs I will buy for rockband2 I will be able to move to my machine and other downloadable/purchased stuff like that. I'd also like to try the LBP beta on his machine if those are still happening.

your PSN account isn't linked to the console at all, but I don't think you can just log into your account from any PS3 and freely DL your previous purchases onto any machine you want. Granted I haven't tried it, but that's just asking for too much system abuse if ppl could do so... cause once you DL something it's not saved to your PSN ID, its saved to the system HD

Infact the stuff you download isn't even linked to your PSN account...you could delete it from the PS3 and all the stuff you downloaded still works. |

I think there is a 5x limit on most stuff that you purchase for redownload (regardless of the machine). On movies and stuff it might be a one time download. I havent reached the limit since im the only one of my friends that has a ps3 so I would research that first.
