"Give 'em a little more bite!"

Has anyone figured out how to make your pet have a "side attack" temperament without having to give it commands every time? I've had 2 crabs just now, first one came as extremely tame and extremely defensive and then I moved it up to very aggressive with "Give em a little more bite" command.

The crab ended up having slightly below normal discipline and did side attacks on it's own but now this crab that I have started out with extremely wild and extremely aggressive temperament. I've been screwing around with the commands, trying to get it to be very tame and very aggressive but even with extremely high discipline, it doesn't side attack on it's own.
