Can't add feral skill

My apkallu's FP is 72/85 but the NPC won't let me add instant blink which is 12 pts.

What gives?

There seems to be a cap on how many plates you can add. Iirc it's 5 or 6 plates. (Innate abilities are not included in that number)

yeah, 5 ability max (not including innate skill)
