Apkallu Info?

Anyone have any info on Dis/Temp for Apkallus and TP moves? Was doing pics for penguins, decided to make an Apkallu and got Auto-Regain, lol.. Trying to see which TP moves it does under what Dis/Temp and which are any good.

Has Auto-Regain and En-Light +25 atm, going to add Instant-Stonskin and Monk Traits prolly and try it out. Wondering if just sticking with Yawn is good or if Beak Lunge, Wing Slap or Wing Whirl rape like I hope they do.

Wing Whirl is pretty awesome, especially if it's a side-attacker (somewhat aggressive iirc). Dunno what discipline you would need for that, though I'd guess wild since tame will make it yawn tp moves/spells.
