Instant Shell

Where can I get it? Been Trying RDM Weapons but all I seem to get is Instant Protect (evil weapons) and Wiki doesn't have an entry for it at all :/ Help me out please!

I got Instant Shell off of Killing Weapons (WAR-types) in Ro'maeve using HQ plates (if it matters).

Hmm... interesting that you got it off a WAR type... maybe I could try the war type ones in Garlaige Citadel or just use the Ro'Maeve ones you did. Thanks for the info ^^
