Tossing an official reflector

So.. I tossed my official reflector, now I can't make another mob into an official reflector. NPC just says "I can't make this into an official reflector untll you declare your previous one lost with the npc accross from me". I've tried trading to every single npc and talking to everyone, nothing works >.<. The catch em all thread said to zone out then come back, but that does nothing,

always wondered what would happen if you did that, did you have your offical reflector entered in a match that had not yet had the results confirmed? maybe has something to do with that?

Nevermind, fixed it. I had signed up ion carnage cage, i talked to that npc to fix it
