Primary Stat Bonus

I'm trying to figure out how you get primary stat bonus plates. I've been randomly getting str+25 and vit+25 but what gives Strength Bonus and Vitality Bonus etc?

I have 2 STR Bonus plates, 1 from a Goblin Fisher the other from a Goblin Smithy

I've not seen many of the others though. But perhaps they are rare plates from those who give the <Stat>+25 plates?

I got an agi bonus from a bazaar for 100g. Based on that, I figured they were a common 'drop', but thinking about it I guess I haven't ever taken a '<stat> bonus' picture, and I've taken hundreds of pictures.

I got them quite often from beastmen mobs. I have gotten innate str bonus on a tauri as well.

I'm spam-shooting Spring Sahagins looking for insta blink, and just got a MND bonus plate. (It also dropped +25 MND, along with other WHM things.)

Gonna do some testing tonight on Chigoes, see if I can't get a Dex Bonus. I'll try different Beastman for other <Stat> Bonus plates, perhaps its a Beastman specific plate?

I have gotten STR bonus either off a MNK or WAR beastman in Lufaise, 1 of 24+ plates.

After taking like 50+ pics of chigoes, I can safely say they dont give DEX Bonus, only DEX +25 (VIT +25 too).

Yeah in 24 pics I got only 2 DEX+25 plates and no DEX Bonus plates. Think I'm gonna stick to Beastman and see what happens.

I'm pretty sure I saw a Goblin Thug or other lowbie goblin with DEX Bonus. Wiki lists it as having it, so I don't think I'm going crazy.

For sure. I was hunting job traits: THF this morning. For some reason, it took me 50 shots to get it. THF gobs in North Gusta and Batallia Downs. I got many, many DEX bonuses and a few AGI bonuses from them (plus tons of main/sub job THF and +25 DEX and a few +AGI).

North Gusta it was goblin thug, and in Batallia Downs I think it was mugger? Whatever wiki listed.

Kinda off-topic, but for stuff like this that seem to be "beastman onry", how far does this go? Namely, has anyone gotten job-related/primary stat (HP/MP might not count, since they can apparently be obtained from stuff like skeles, ghosts, and ahriman) bonuses off of warmachines or bugbears? (I doubt the former, but I haven't seen anything to (dis)prove either.) I know "beastmen only" includes Demons, Cardians, Shadows/Fomors, and Poroggos.

This one is on-topic: otherwiki has HP (and MP) Max Bonus, HP (and MP) Max Rate Bonus, and Max MP Rate Bonus--what are the differences between these? I'd imagine Max MP Rate and MP Max Rate are the same. They also have Max MP+50 and MP Max+50, which I'd imagine are the same.

I just traded these to the guy for thier full descriptions with help.
MP Max +50 (5FP): increases maximum MP by 50.
MP Max Bonus (8FP): increases maximum MP.
MP Max Rate Bonus (17FP): increases maximum MP.

Max Bonus and Max Rate Bonus have the exact same description but rate bonus is more than double the FP. I bet that MP Max bonus is a set amount, like at lvl 50 it's always +200mp, and that MP Max rate bonus is a percentage increase such as at lvl 50 it's +40% mp. But that's just a guess based on the FP.

if you are lazy and low level do this:

1) get a soul trapper 2000 for 48photos and 4stacks of the CHEAP soul plates.
2) go OP to Bubu Penn.
3) Photo spam the goblins there for:
STR Bonus - Goblin Butcher (common)
STR+25 - Goblin Butcher, Goblin Tinkerer (kinda common)
Attack Bonus - Goblin Butcher, Goblin Tinkerer (really rare)
Attack+15% - Goblin Butcher, Goblin Tinkerer (rare)
AGI Bonus - Goblin Mugger (common)
Evasion Bonus - Gobblin Mugger (really rare)
Evasion+15% - Gobblin Mugger (rare)
Dex Bonus - Goblin Mugger, Goblin Digger, Goblin Ambusher (common)
INT Bonus - Goblin Gambler (common)
MND Bonus - Goblin Leecher (common)
*NOTE*
Most of the plate you get will be either "Main Job: [Job]", "Support Job: [Job]", "[Job] Job Traits". Also realize because of these mobs low levels the skills will start at around lv3-5, but the end potency is no different than from any other higher mob, just takes longer to cap them. Also take realize i chose the cheap plates because after a trip with the expensive ones didnt yield any better and i was low on jettens, i saw no noticable decline in the Stat drops rates. To get VIT Bonus go to either Monastic Cavern, or Davoi and photo the Orc Paladins there. If you have RDM/BLM thats your job of choice for photoing pets, gravity, run sleep photo spam, sleep, photo, repeat. I'm assuming you know what Goblin is what job, and i only posted the ones that i have gotten, so realize, any induced reasoning made from this info i cant verify, only whats written here is what i know to be accurate.

I have all 4 hats and running up to 5k extra. Winning streaks in the pit really up your amount

If you ever plan to take pics of undead, the undead hat is amazing. You can't take pics with sneak on, so being able to stand within decent capture range without aggroing is very nice. Blood aggro range is normal with it on, but sound aggro on undead is very short range with it (just outside melee attack range).
