Cool, I know some of the voice actors have since passed away but wonder if they could get anyone major to return.

The animated series from Marvel Studios explores new stories in the iconic 90s timeline of the original series. Written by Executive Producer Beau DeMayo.
Super hyped for this!
Super excited for this !!! Shocked they'd opt to continue the old series but I love that idea since we don't have to re-tread old ground.
Timeline... hah. As if there's only one timeline. Bishop is going to fuck things up again.
Correct me if I’m wrong but in the show
Days of Future Past happened, Bishop goes back and saves the timeline but then
Like 3000 years after Bishop’s timeline, something with Cable and Apocalypse happens so Cable has to go back and undo what Bishop did to save HIS timeline so
Days of Future Past still happens but Cable’s timeline survives
BUT THEN
Age of Apocalypse story happened and Apocalypse pretty much got written out of history so then Bishop could go back and fix Days of Future Past without it mucking up Cable’s timeline
I think…?
Did a little snooping. The two episode plot of "One Man's Worth" in season 4 was the inspiration for Age of Apocalypse. The 4 part season finale - was supposed to be the series finale - was an original story with Apocalypse kidnapping all the psychics to destroy all time.
Age of Apocalypse storyline happened before that episode ever aired
The updated designs look good and the same. The real question if it’ll be hand drawn or not.
I wonder if they’ll get Jean Gray to have an orgasm each episode. That was a pivotal moment in my youth lol
definitely think with Disney in charge we won't be getting animation of this quality again
Spoiler: show
So I guess Professor X is out ala the last episode where his alien lover who's name I can't remember took him away?

I need to reread the '97 comic, it came out like last year or the year before and followed the end of the animated series.
Huh, wonder if its just the image or did they change up Rogue and Jubilee's faces a tiny bit.
Either way, super hyped. This was my childhood.
Hard to know right now, until we know the studio. The people involved have experience in Flash, CG and Toon Boom(Flash). Marvel around 2017/2018 rebooted the animation division after the failure of Marvel shows due to poor animation and writing.
I’m rewatching the X-men pilot. It’s sad the actual show didn’t have this animation. This was animated by Japanese studio and had a lot of freedom in animation with little notes from producers. that’s why they are a lot of inconsistencies with their powers.
They also did the Japanese intro.
