My LS had a similar thing happen to us at our last Odin. At some point between 40-50% (can't really remember) he stopped doing anything (spells, TP moves, summons, %-based attacks) but physical attacks from that point on.

I only recasted utsu for hate after 80%. It never made another move till 1% as a BLM nuked it, it turned to them and died.

Just seems like there is a glitch trigger to make mobs do this

They just actually fixed it when we figured it out for AV

I've had this happen to me on my of the other ZNM, a lot of them do this and I'm not complaining >_>

Our first Odin also did this, after first set of fomors it just stopped doing anything else until it was dead.

The first Tinnin I ever fought did the exact same thing. Free mob kills ftw.

ps. i think tinnin suppose to spam WS when it switch target? cos i guess thats the case for TP spam for that particular fight. Our tanks died to the 3 headed WS after they grow at the starting phase.

Happened on one of our Experimental Lamia's.

Experimental Lamia always does that ... Well, at least every single time I've fought her. Just have your main tank stand out of range and she'll do nothing but RA, occasionally DD will break her weapon and she'll just stand there. Another time she does nothing but stand there is once we've killed off 2 of her pets and main pt is killing last, she'll just stand there looking at me(I'm out of normal melee range, of course).
