Regarding the Online Manners Update 10/2/08

Regarding the Online Manners Update We would like to inform you that the contents of the "Account Penalties" section of the Online Manners page under Rules & Policies has been updated. As we have cleaned up the section referring to the account termination punishment for policy infractions, the following two points have been updated: - We have specified that upon the first policy violation, you can receive a 24, 48, or 72 hour suspension. - We have corrected the accompanying image. In order to allow all of our players to enjoy the game with peach of mind, we will be redoubling our efforts to punish those who violate the terms of our policies. O.o

If this was in place two years ago, the person who harassed me in-game would've gotten a 24, 48, or 72 hour suspension, or possibly a ban and never have bothered me again. Yet, I had to endure him creating a new mule and repeatedly do it again from each of his newly created mules. Blacklisted his main character and new mules. He eventually deleted one and made another. *sigh* What did a GM do? Bring him to Mordion Gaol and told him to basically "stop" and "not do it anymore" then sent him back. Thank you SE, too little, too late unfortunately.

Drk walks into a bar and misses. The Drg would've come too, but he wasn't invited. The Blm wouldn't join; said he had dinner to nuke. The War needed someone to cover him at work, but the Pld wasn't answering his cell. He knew not to ask the Rdm cause she gets into religious debates and tries to convert. The Blu and Sch were too busy trying to learn to come. Their Thf buddy is just a kleptomaniac, and the Whm is so narcissistic she thinks she's divine. Only person left to take to a club: Dancer. |

Well technically people try to pull off being killed by players as 'harassment' or 'grieving' another player. Which is indeed against the rules. I know it didn't hold up before but maybe now? Since they say they are doubling up on it.
